課程概述

BIM(Building Information Modeling)為近年來在建築、土木與營造工程領域中快速發展的新技術,透過數位化的模型建構、管理與應用,來對工程生命週期中的各項作業進行擬真的模擬,因而能超越時空的限制,事先對工程的實際執行有更好的掌握,也能更積極地整合工程生命週期中的各項作業,降低工程的成本與錯誤,提升工程的品質、效率與安全,及更能有效地回應現今在永續發展與節能減碳上對工程之要求。本課程旨在透過課堂講授、案例討論與案例實作,讓學生學習到BIM技術及其發展與應用潛力,並能實際應用BIM技術與工具於案例實作中。 

課程目標
讓學生學習到BIM(Building Information Modeling)技術、發展與應用、及其所帶來之挑戰與機會,並學會如何應用BIM技術來降低工程的成本與錯誤,提升工程的品質、效率與安全,及更能有效地回應對永續發展與節能減碳之要求。 
課程要求
積極的課程參與及盡力完成所有的作業與報告。
